This Vintage 1970s/80s WB by Diamond Tea long sleeve dress is a beautiful velvet dress, deep red with open shoulders and high neck and stops just above the knees made by Diamond Tea; which is a Canadian company. Doesn't have any noticeable flaws for being vintage. Has been in storage and will need to be gently washed. (see photos). Great for prom or a night on the town. Can dress it up or down with heels or high boots or a cute belt.
