The back of the cross is sterling silver and is set inside of a brass metal. Does have light patina. The silver was tested with acid. The orange stones test for garnet. There's a ruby toward the middle bottom of cross and the purple/clear stones test as glass. All stones were tested with the Presidium Gem Tester II. Measures 2.25" tall (including bale) x 1.25" across. No missing stones. The Presidium Gem tester doesn't test for natural or synthetic gem stones. ITEM#8000
