Major Statement Top!! Pull on top. High, wide, boatneck. Extra full Dramatic sleeve hits at or just above the elbow. Elastic at natural waist with Peplum style ruffle below. Abstract squiggle pattern with Black+ White dot ribbon embellishment. Sheer/see through, shown with nothing underneath. In Great condition, no major flaws found. Shown unclipped on size 4/6 mannequin. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
